Webreep

Webreep is a customer feedback tool that organizes customer feedback, tells you what is causing dissatisfaction, and what you need to do to fix it.

Webreep collects customer feedback in three ways.

1. The first way displays a “Give Feedback” button on your website. This method is useful when you want to give your customers a fast way to give feedback on any page
2. The second way invites visitors to give feedback using a prompted invitation while they are browsing. This method is useful when you want to increase response rates, or run a survey.
3. The third way invites visitors to give feedback when they leave your website. This method is useful when you want to understand why your visitors left, or what their impressions were on leaving.

 
Webreep is easy to setup. All you need to do is paste a little bit of code into every page you want to collect data from (or just one page if you are using a template design). Webreep integrates seamlessly with all major CMS platforms. You only need to install the code once! You can change Webreep settings as much as you like without needing to re-install the code each time you make changes.
