Launched in 2008, Woopra released one of the most comprehensive tools in the industry. With notable focus on development of their customer experience, Woopra is continuously implementing new and updated versions. This review will give you a concise overview from basic Woopra’s package until the 5.0 version’s latest updates.

Probably, the most well-known feature of Woopra is its 100% real-time tracking ability. With Woopra’s live dashboard you can see what’s going on your website on the moment, track how your visitors interact with the website and simply enjoy your live stats.

After the latest release, Woopra introduced an improved and very customizable Live Dashboard. It is designed with a purpose to give their visitors clear and detailed snapshot of the key stats understandable for everyone, no matter how experienced you are. For example, using the “Labels” widget, you get a real-time overview of the visitors from different segments that can be defined based on your individual business needs.

And do you know about Woopra’s easy-to-use interface? That’s another point it’s famous with. Woopra makes your web analytics incredibly easy with intuitively designed User Interface. Everyone in your company can measure advanced stats without any need from IT department or developer team. In case of some issues, Woopra provides extensive support, thus any issues or necessary changes are solved and implemented relatively quickly.

Additionally to the basic information, Woopra’s users can drill down from the Dashboard to see the individual visitors that meet your certain criteria. It is possible to drill down for any metric displayed on your dashboard, so you always can get necessary insights of your visitors and their sources.

And there is also one great feature of Woopra that you will inevitably like. Woopra designed good apps for iOS and Android, therefore you can stay tuned with any relevant news, because you can get Notifications straight to your computer desktop, mobile phone or email. For example, user gets a 404 error page or you made a deal above your defined threshold, you will be notified about it in a few moments.

Next, Woopra offers live chat support option from the same platform and it is also available on the iOS and Android apps. And this could be extremely useful in case of the 404 page example above. Let's say you get a notification to your phone that a visitor hits a 404 page. You can then, directly from your phone (or the web app if you're at your computer), offer chat assistance to the visitor and help resolve the problem.

The final feature described in this review is called - "Automations". It allows you run scripts on your website based on visitor behavior. For example, you can personalize visitor’s experiences by displaying targeted messages, promotions, customized landing pages etc. On the Woopra’s To-Do list are planned even more features that will make it extremely easy for anyone to display this kind of customized content on their site without any programming knowledge.

Finally, the pricing plans are variable enough (you can see them in AA pricing section) and everyone who is interested in advanced tool with user friendly interface and entirely real-time stats could consider Woopra as a strong alternative for other web analytics solutions.

Unique features
Unique feature:

100% real time:

Completely live and comprehensive, Woopra’s Live Dashboard gives you an overview of everything that’s happening on your website, instantly. With just a glance you’ll see trends in your site’s traffic, how your visitors are interacting with your site, and information on your key customer segments.

Tracking at the individual level:

Woopra’s Visitor Profiles display details about each customer and provide insight into customer lifecycle. See every visitor’s entire history with your website including every action they’ve committed on your site. You can even integrate Custom Visitor Data using your customers’ account information. Every single visitor and action is stored on the cloud and Searchable, now or anytime in the future.

Customer Profile with Behavioral Timeline:

The timeline allows you to understand a customer’s entire behavioral history with your website or application in just a glimpse. Recognizing that “important” actions vary from business to business, Woopra built the timeline to reflect custom behavior that is important to the user. For example, if you’re operating a SaaS product, you may want to track sign ups, upgrades and use of specific product features as custom events.
